Working Student Treasury & Insurance (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a reliable and trustworthy Working Student Treasury & Insurance (m/f/d) to support our team at KWS Berlin GmbH. This opportunity is offers a mininum period of 6 months contract, 20/h week, and hybrid work style (up to 40% home office) in our Treasury, Insurance and Credit Management department in the Global Finance and Controlling division.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the daily cash management and disposition, as well as currency and interest hedging;
• You support the accounting department in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements;
• You assist in various intercompany financing, guarantees issuance, commercial papers, syndicated loans, capital market transactions and FX management utilizing platforms such as 360T and Finastra;
• You coordinate with Global Business Operations in the processing of payments;
• You support the update of our Treasury Management System (S/4 Hana), Liquidity Management Tool (SAC), Global payment platform (Serrala Alevate Payment), and Credit Management software (S/4 Hana);
• You will support our Global Insurance Manager with operational and strategic initiatives;
• Furthermore, you support the Financing department in various global projects and initiatives.
  
  

Your profile:

• You are currently studying in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Engineering, or any other related field;
• You are a reliable user in MS-Office - SAP is a plus;
• You have previous experience in a Finance;
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written) - any other language is an advantage;
• You can work under pressure and convince through organizational strength and an independent way of working;
• You are reliable and trustworthy.
