For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, we are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) in Production Technology for Sugar Beet Seed Production to join our team as soon as possible.

The primary workplace is Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany). The position is initially limited to a minimum of six months and offered on a part-time basis with 20 hours per week.

Your main responsibility will be to support and coordinate activities within the field of production technology for sugar beet seed production.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze harvest, quality, and purity data
  • Further develop a digital component description using modern MS Office tools
  • Support image annotation activities for the identification of weeds and off-types
  • Contribute to and independently manage agronomic trials, including planning, execution, evaluation, and presentation of results

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Agricultural Sciences or a comparable field of study
  • You have a strong connection to agriculture through your studies, practical experience, or personal background
  • You work in a structured, independent, and proactive manner and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks
  • You possess strong communication skills, are team-oriented, and demonstrate intercultural competence
  • You have an affinity for data and digital applications and ideally have initial experience in data analysis
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office 365 and can quickly familiarize yourself with new software and digital tools
  • Very good written and spoken English skills are required; German language skills are considered an advantage
