IHRE AUFGABEN

Unterstützung der Fachbereiche Metalle, Oberflächen und Polymere im Zentrallabor bei der Vorbereitung von Proben, Prüfmitteln und Versuchsaufbauten
Vorbereitung, Durchführung und erste Auswertung von Prüfungen und Analysen an polymeren, metallischen und oberflächenbehandelten Werkstoffen
Durchführung von Untersuchungen an Elastomeren im Rahmen der Neubemusterung sowie Mitarbeit bei standardisierten Prüfverfahren (z. B. Shore-A-Härte, TGA, FTIR, Zugversuche und Bestimmung der Wirkung von Flüssigkeiten)
Unterstützung bei Schadensanalysen sowie bei entwicklungs- und versuchsbegleitenden Untersuchungen an Bauteilen einschließlich Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Untersuchungsberichten
Mitwirkung bei der Überarbeitung und Optimierung von Auswerteroutinen im Laborinformationsmanagementsystem (LIMS)
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Labor-Intranetauftritts

IHR PROFIL

Studium der Werkstoffwissenschaften, Materialwissenschaften, Chemie, Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Werkstoffprüfung, Werkstoffanalytik oder Laborarbeit von Vorteil
Interesse an metallischen Werkstoffen, Polymeren und Oberflächentechnik
Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Freude an praktischen Laborarbeiten sowie an der Auswertung technischer Daten
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
