IHRE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung bei Financial Due Diligence Projekten
- Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Finance & Controlling Post Merger Integrationen Prozessen und Aufgaben für Neugründungen, Joint Ventures und Akquisitionen
- Begleitung von Purchase price allocation Prozessen
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Restrukturierungsprojekten
- Entwicklung standardisierter PMI Listen für Finance & Controlling
- Unterstützung/Mitarbeit im Global Financial & Management Reporting: Planung, Plausibilisierung, Konsolidierung, Reporting und Analyse des Teilkonzerns Nutzfahrzeuge für Finanzinformationen (Gewinn-/Verlustrechnung, Bilanz, Cash Flow, Anhang) gemäß IFRS
- Erstellung von Ad-hoc Analysen und Übernahme von Sonderthemen sowie Mitwirkung bei verschiedenen strategischen Projekten
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Finanzen; oder vergleichbar
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Bilanz und Kapitalflussrechnung
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Erste Erfahrung mit Business Cases, Due Diligences, PPAs oder Unternehmensbewertungen von Vorteil
- Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse mit ThinkCell, Copilot oder anderen KI Chatbots sowie VBA-Makrokenntnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse ebenfalls von Vorteil, insbesondere von SAC, Analysis for Office und S/4HANA
- Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und Interesse an technischen Controllingtools
