Job Description
- During your internship, you will work on a variety of tasks and topics related to the creation and maintenance of technical content and training materials. You will support the development of new YouTube videos together with subject matter experts and contribute to maintaining existing videos.
- In addition, you will assist in creating new application notes with support from subject matter experts while also maintaining and updating existing application notes.
- Another important part of your internship will be the creation and maintenance of classroom training materials. Together with subject matter experts, you will support the development of new training materials and contribute to updating existing training content.
- Furthermore, you will work within the Knowledge Base in Salesforce by creating new knowledge base articles with support from subject matter experts. This also includes reformatting existing support documents and training documents into knowledge base articles, as well as maintaining existing knowledge base articles.
- Education: Studies in the field of media, communication, digital media or a comparable qualification
- Experience and Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office applications; strong audio and video editing skills; familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot; ideally first experience with AI-based workflows
- Personality and Working Practice: Creative, motivated, reliable, detail-oriented and a team player with a structured way of working
- Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm for digital content creation, media production and innovative AI-supported workflows
- Languages: English B2/C1, German B2
Start: by arrangement
Duration: 6 months
A prerequisite for the internship is enrollment at a university. Please include with your application your résumé, your current transcript of records, a valid certificate of enrollment, the relevant examination regulations, and, if applicable, a valid work and residence permit.
