Two Palms is the agency we wanted to work for, but couldn’t find. We are a global social media agency and production studio for sports & entertainment clients where creatives from all over the world come together to create fun, impactful social content we feel passionate about. Originally founded in Sydney, now growing across Munich, London, and Dubai.
Your role
We’re looking for a German-speaking Video Editor to join our Munich team on-site. You'll be responsible for editing engaging social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts for both our clients and agency channels. Do you want to play a key role in bringing creative ideas to life and occasionally support shoots on set? Then join us under the palms!
Skills we're excited to see
- Fluent in German and English
- Video editing skills: Solid knowledge at working with Adobe software packages; Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects.
- Photo editing skills: A good knowledge at working with Adobe Photoshop.
- Nice to have: Basic skills in After Effects for text animations and visual polish.
- Strong understanding of current trends and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Self-motivation, speed & efficiency: Be organized, able to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail. Ability to work within short deadlines, manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to learn quickly and implement lessons from our Creative Director and Social team.
Your tasks
- Provide video editing and graphic design assistance for the social marketing team (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Create short snackable creative content, leveraging the latest social media insights.
- Cultivate a keen eye for selecting the best moments from raw footage.
- Help develop creative concepts at various stages of production and ideas around social media formats and executions.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Two Palms departments.
- Support on-set productions when needed.
