In Sales Controlling – part of the Corporate Cost Controlling team – you can expect a dynamic, open-minded environment: We analyze sales and marketing KPIs group-wide across all IONOS Group brands and ensure that month-end closing tasks are handled reliably.

Tasks

  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer KPIs group-wide and prepare them for management and the sales team.
  • Handle month-end closing tasks within Sales Controlling – such as reconciling revenue data, performing target-vs-actual comparisons, and contributing to the timely completion of financial statements.
  • Support sales reporting, forecasting, and sales planning – group-wide across all IONOS brands.
  • Gain hands-on experience with AI-powered tools live in action and actively contribute to their further development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Sales and Finance across various locations and gain experience in an international corporate environment.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field – ideally with a focus on Controlling or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Excel; initial experience with Power BI, SQL, or AI-powered tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Analytical thinking, an affinity for numbers, and a structured, reliable way of working – especially for recurring month-end closing tasks.
  • Business-fluent German skills and good English skills for working within an international team.

To process your application, we require an up-to-date transcript of records from your university.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working model with flexible scheduling around your lectures.
  • Subsidized canteen and various free drinks at select office locations.
  • Modern office space with excellent public transport connections.
  • Various employee discounts for activities, services, and products.
  • Regular team and company events (e.g., summer and winter parties, workshops).
  • Numerous training, learning, and professional development opportunities.
  • Health and sports offers.

Application Note

We value diversity and welcome all applications – regardless of, for example, gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion, disability, age as well as sexual orientation and identity, physical characteristics, marital status or any other irrelevant factor subject to applicable law.
