Tasks
- Support the B2B Domains marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing AI-driven growth marketing initiatives across content, CRM, and performance marketing.

- Contribute your own ideas — we run a test-and-learn culture and value fresh perspectives.
- How an AI-first B2B marketing organization works in practice — tools, processes, and skills.
- Hands-on experience across the full funnel: content, CRM, performance marketing, and analytics.
- How to design, run, and evaluate experiments with solid measurement and ROI thinking.
- Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in marketing, business, communications, data/analytics, or a related field for the duration of employment.
- Genuine interest in AI and digital marketing, with initial practical experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, image/creative tools).
- First experience in online marketing, CRM, content creation, or performance marketing (through internships, personal projects, or previous working student roles).
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data, including Excel/Sheets skills.
- Hands-on, curious, reliable way of working, and open to technology.
- Experience with agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code is a plus.
- Initial exposure to web or digital analytics tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of domains, hosting, cloud, or digital infrastructure is a plus.

- Flexible working hours to easily combine studies with practical experience.
- Modern office space with very good transport connections in Berlin.
- Subsidized canteen and free drinks at our office location.
- Employee discounts on various activities, products, and services.
