How You'll Impact.

Executive Assistance Support. You will support the Executive Assistants in their day-to-day business.

Travel & Logistics Coordination. You will assist with planning and organizing business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. You will also support with preparing travel itineraries and coordinating logistics across different BCG offices.

Meeting & Office Coordination. You will help with meeting preparations, including room bookings (also across BCG offices), coordination of participants, and ensuring smooth execution of meetings and workshops.

Administrative Support. You will support with general administrative tasks such as preparing expense reports, maintaining documentation, and assisting with ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring.

You are currently enrolled as a university student or have recently graduated.

You have a strong attention to detail and communicate in a clear and structured way.

You are a reliable and proactive team player with a hands-on mentality and enjoy supporting others in a dynamic environment.

You are available for a 6 month internship.

You feel comfortable working in an international setting and communicate confidently in German and English.
