- Im Team: Unterstützung unseres Teams von der Ermittlung und Prüfung potentieller Grundstücke bis zur Durchführung von Grundstückskaufabwicklungen
- Prozessoptimierung: Mitarbeit bei der kreativen Ausarbeitung von effizienten Nutzungskonzepten und städtebaulichen Ideen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Projektentwicklung
- Optimierung: Durchführung von Standort- und Marktanalysen sowie der Kalkulation der Wirtschaftlichkeit unserer Akquisitionsideen
- Projektmanagement:Begleitung von Verkaufsprozessen an institutionelle Investoren und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von internen Genehmigungsanträgen
- Background: Studium in den Bereichen Immobilienwirtschaft, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung
- Expertise: Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Immobilienbranche von Vorteil
- Soft-Skills: Zuverlässiger, sorgfältiger und strukturierter Arbeitsstil, sowie professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
