Art-Invest Real Estate (AIRE) is an experienced investor, developer and asset manager active in key gateway cities across Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom and Scandinavia. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Cologne, the company operates as a private partnership between the Zech Group and the managing partners. We invest and manage on behalf of our proprietary capital, regulated institutional funds and select separate accounts – pursuing a “manage to core” strategy across the full risk-return spectrum. Our sector focus includes office, retail, hotel, residential and data centres. Since 2012, we have been licensed under German investment law (KAGB) as a regulated fund manager and have since launched more than 25 regulated funds for a broad range of institutional investors. With over €12.5 billion in assets under management and more than €2 billion in invested equity, we work closely with our long-term partners to create value across the entire real estate lifecycle – from development and repositioning to active asset and fund management. We are one of the largest office and hotel developers in Germany and continue to shape the future of urban living and working across Europe.
