About Us

Factor Eleven is the leading drive-to-store revenue platform for brick-and-mortar retailers and CPG brands. Our platform automates the entire lifecycle of digital promotion communication — from media planning and ad creation through campaign delivery, billing, and reporting. Operating as a high-touch enterprise managed service, humans orchestrate campaign strategy while our platform automates execution, driving tangible store revenue uplift at scale.

YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a motivated student who’s excited to learn how digital campaigns are planned, bought, tracked, and optimized in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support our Campaign Management team in the day-to-day business, work closely with our customers, and take real ownership, whether it’s building reports, monitoring timelines, or digging into data to turn insights into action. If you enjoy working with numbers, research, and presentations, and you like improving processes instead of just following them, you’ll feel right at home.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Campaign Management team and gain insight into our day-to-day workflows
  • Prepare reports independently while keeping track of project plans and timelines
  • Conduct research and work confidently with numbers and data
  • Take ownership of individual projects and demonstrate your skills through hands-on tasks and responsibilities

Who You Are

  • You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication, Economics, or a similar field
  • You are interested in digital marketing, media, campaign management, and advertising
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way
  • You feel comfortable working with numbers, data, and reports
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy research tasks
  • You are able to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities at the same time
  • You are proactive and like to contribute your own ideas to improve processes
  • You are a hands-on team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders
  • You have good skills in PowerPoint and Excel or similar tools for reporting and presentations
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English and German
