Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Join our Global Distribution Operations & Strategy team and contribute to high-impact initiatives in the field of distribution and partner management and enablement. In this role, you will work on strategic topics around our global distributor network, analyze complex business challenges, and support decision-making at senior levels while gaining exposure to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

  • Shape the future: Actively contribute to the execution ofhigh-impact strategic projects in global distribution and sales, taking ownership of individual workstreams
  • Teamwork is dreamwork: Be part of a small, diverse, and high-performing team with strong experience from top management consultancies and internal leadership roles
  • Data is everything: Analyze complex datasets and business scenarios to derive meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Convince with words: Translate complex analyses into clear and concise presentations for senior business leaders.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Study Field: You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree at a renowned university with outstanding academic performance, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or Business Analytics
  • Experience: You bring relevant experience from internships or working student roles, ideally within a top management consulting firm or a corporate strategy environment, or in B2B distribution or partner business
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets using Excel and confidently prepare structured presentations in PowerPoint. Experience or interest in AI-related tools is a plus
  • Way of Working: Highly structured, independent, andsolution-oriented, with a strong drive to take ownership and deliver results
  • Personality: Self-driven, motivated, and intellectually curious, with a strong interest in both technology and business strategy
  • Language Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken(C1 minimum), German (C1 minimum) is a plus

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
