Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Working Student in Global DEM Lead Management team, you will support global lead generation and demand management activities while helping drive process excellence and automation initiatives across a dynamic international environment.

  • Shape the future: Support the implementation, operationalization and monitoring of optimized lead management processes with a strong focus on Automation and AI
  • Take responsibility: Own day-to-day lead flow activities including intake, validation, enrichment, routing and feedback mapping
  • Keep the overview: Monitor lead funnel stages, data quality, compliance requirements and handoff performance to ensure process efficiency and scalability
  • Data is everything: Maintain reports and dashboards, analyze lead quality and conversion metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder management: Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitate feedback sessions and translate business requirements into process enhancements

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

You are a motivated and analytical team player who is passionate about digital marketing, automation, data analytics and business transformation. You enjoy working in an international environment and are eager to contribute your ideas to drive meaningful improvements.

  • Study field: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in AI for Business, Economics, Digital Transformation, Informatics or a related field
  • Knowledge & Experience: Basic understanding of lead management processes including lead lifecycle management, lead scoring and lead routing
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with Digital Marketing and Data Analytics with basic understanding in tools like Eloqua, Confluence and/or Tableau.
  • Way of working: Analytical, data-driven and structured approach combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Personality: Creative, proactive and eager to learn with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mindset
  • Communication skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different functions and communication channels
  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills

Important information:

  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
  • You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
