An employment contract with a 15 or 20h-hour workweek for IBM. * Master studies at recommended German university (of your choice) like TUM, University Stuttgart, University Tübingen, KIT etc.

Your primary technical responsibilities will be: working for the Linux for IBM Z toolchain development team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting the analysis, design, and implementation of IT projects
  • Contributing to software development
  • Executing tests, documenting technical solutions, and ensuring quality standards
  • Providing assistance in IT support or infrastructure, depending on the area of assignment
  • Conducting research on technical questions and preparing technical documentation

Your Profile

  • Current studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field
  • Initial experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., C, Rust) or in IT infrastructure topics
  • Strong analytical thinking, a structured working style, and an interest in new technologies
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently, with reliability and self-motivation
  • Good German (Level C1) and English language skills.
