Customer Service Agent – Corporate Sales (m/f/d) Part-Time / Freelance / Working Student

HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting millions of athletes every season.

To support the pilot launch of our new Corporate Sales Packages for the 26/27 season, we are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Customer Service Agent - Corporate Sales (m/f/d). In this role, you will be the primary touchpoint for businesses looking to bring their teams to the HYROX race floor—managing inbound corporate enquiries, advising business clients on package options, and coordinating end-to-end sales administration and ticketing fulfillment.

Thisopportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible working arrangements, learns quickly, communicates confidently, and loves working with clients. You will play an important role in helping us launch and scale this new product in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inbound Lead Management: Monitor and respond quickly to incoming corporate package inquiries for the 26/27 pilot season.


• Client Advisory: Explain corporate package options, answer questions, and assist clients with their bookings.


• Sales Administration: Process contracts, issue invoices, and track payment confirmations to finalize bookings.


• Fulfillment: Coordinate directly with the Ticketing team to issue corporate tickets per booked orders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: Background in customer service, sales support, or event ticketing.


• Mindset & Speed: Quick learner, highly organized, and able to manage time-sensitive workloads independently.


• Communication: Personable and articulate with a strong, customer-first attitude.


• Languages: German and English C1-Level


• Location: Hamburg
