To support our Digital Creation team, we are looking for a Working Student Digital Content Stylist (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible who combines a strong passion for fashion with a highly detail-oriented mindset and an interest in AI-supported content creation.

In this role, you will contribute to the creation of AI-supported content by developing product looks, validating image outputs, and ensuring consistent execution of our brand and styling guidelines across BOSS and HUGO.

What you can expect:

• Creating digital outfit combinations and styling concepts for AI-supported content creation.
• Defining and coordinating product looks in alignment with brand, styling, and marketing guidelines.
• Reviewing AI-generated imagery for styling accuracy, product correctness, and guideline compliance.
• Identifying and correcting inconsistencies to ensure a high level of quality across digital assets.
• Supporting image refinement and quality corrections
• Organizing, storing, and documenting approved image assets within our digital workflows and PLM systems.
• Collaborating closely with Digital Creation and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent content quality.
• Contributing to the continuous development of AI-supported content creation processes.

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Fashion, Fashion Management, Design, or attending a fashion school.
• Strong passion for fashion and a good understanding of styling, product combinations, colors, and proportions.
• A keen eye for the HUGO BOSS aesthetic and premium product presentation.
• Experience in Generative-AI tools and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality awareness.
• Structured, organized, and reliable way of working.
• Interest in AI-supported content creation and digital innovation.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English.
