- Du unterstützt unser Team im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess.
- Du erstellst und veröffentlichst Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Jobportalen sowie Social-Media-Kanälen.
- Du sichtest Bewerbungsunterlagen und triffst eine erste Vorauswahl geeigneter Kandidat:innen.
- Du kommunizierst mit Bewerbenden und koordinierst sowie terminierst Interviews.
- Du pflegst unser Bewerbermanagementsystem und hältst Bewerbungsprozesse aktuell.
- Du erhältst erste Einblicke in die Active Search und unterstützt bei der Identifikation sowie Ansprache potenzieller Kandidat:innen über relevante Plattformen.
- Du arbeitest aktiv an aktuellen HR- und Recruiting-Projekten mit.
Über Dich
- Du befindest dich in einem laufenden Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Personalmanagements, der Psychologie, der Sozialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du interessierst dich für Recruiting, Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und zuverlässig.
- Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke sowie dein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen um, insbesondere mit Excel und PowerPoint.
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.

Working students may work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full-time during the breaks. Staying within this keeps your student status and the Werkstudent benefits.
Working student rulesSocial contributions
Under the Werkstudentenprivileg you're exempt from health, care and unemployment insurance contributions — only pension insurance applies. That leaves more net pay than a regular job.
