Dein Profil

Fortgeschrittenes Studium der (Wirtschafts‑)Psychologie, Wirtschafts‑ oder Sozialwissenschaften, BWL, Kommunikation, Human Resources oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Reststudiendauer von mindestens einem Jahr
Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich People & Culture, Personalentwicklung, Projektmanagement oder interne Kommunikation von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (insb. Teams, SharePoint und PowerPoint)
Fließende Deutsch‑ und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
