- Entgegennahme und Beantwortung von telefonischen sowie schriftlichen Anfragen von User:innen (1st und 2nd Level) durch selbstständiges Erkennen und Lösen von IT-Problemen via Remote-, Mail- und Telefon-Support
- Erfassung, Einstufung und Weiterverarbeitung der im Gespräch gewonnenen Informationen im Ticket-System als Incidents und Service-Requests
- Steuerung, Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Incidents, einschließlich ggf. Weiterleitung an zuständige interne Fachbereiche
- Unterstützung der firmeneigenen Software-Entwickler:innen durch die Bereitstellung detaillierter Anwendungs-Reports
- Dokumentation von Lösungen und kontinuierliche Pflege der Knowledge Base
- Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Informationsmanagement oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit guten Studienleistungen und einer Reststudiendauer von mindestens 1,5 Jahren
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Lösungen
- Erfahrung mit Windows-Betriebssystemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Produkten (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke sowie Service- und Kund:innenorientierung
- Organisationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2)
