Werkstudent - Admin Support (m/w/d)

Für unser Büro in Bochum suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine studentische Hilfskraft (m/w/d) für 8-12 Stunden pro Woche zur Unterstützung von Projektarbeit und administrativen Aufgaben besonders im Bereich Standort-Management und HR.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Planung und Organisation von Team-Events, Meetings oder Workshops
• Kommunikation und Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen verschiedenen Funktionen im Unternehmen
• Unterstützung beim Standortmanagement (Bestellungen, Büro-Ausstattung, Sicherheitsthemen)
• Unterstützung bei Visa-Themen (Visa Anträge, Invite Letter, Behördenanfragen)
• Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Personalaufgaben und Projekten
• Administrative Aufgaben wie Posteingang und -ausgang, sowie Aktenpflege
• Unterstützung bei lokalen Procurement und Finance Projekten
  
  

Dein Profil:

• Immatrikulierter Student oder Studentin
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und gutes Organisationsvermögen
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
