Werkstudent - HR (m/f/d)

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:

Neben spannenden Projektthemen unterstützt du das HR Team in der Bearbeitung des Tagesgeschäfts entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycle und erhältst somit einen breiten Überblick über operative HR Themen. Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit erlangst du personalwirtschaftliches Wissen und bekommst Einsicht in die grundlegenden Abläufe des Bereiches Human Resources.

• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung verschiedener personalwirtschaftlicher Vorgänge, z. B. Erstellen diverser Schreiben, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnissen etc.
• Mitarbeit in spannenden Projekten, wie z.B. Aktualisierung des deutschen HR Intranetauftritts und bei Sonderthemen
• Mitarbeit im Studentenmanagement, z.B. bei der Ausschreibung und Besetzung der Stellen und Betreuung der Studierenden vor Ort
  
  

Das bringst du mit:

• Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
• Idealerweise Studienschwerpunkt Personalmanagement und erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Unternehmen im Bereich Human Resources
• Sehr hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache
• Freude, im Team zu arbeiten, Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Power Point
• Einsatzbereitschaft von durchschnittlich 20 Stunden pro Woche, in den Semesterferien sind max. 35 Stunden pro Woche möglich
