As a Working Student in our Lean & Agile Center of Excellence, you will be part of an exciting journey, supporting one of Hapag-Lloyd's largest IT transformation projects. Your role is crucial in driving process improvements and ensuring the successful technical implementation of our program. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders and gain exposure to different program management areas.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Lean & Agile Center of Excellence in managing and overseeing a major IT transformation project within Hapag-Lloyd
- Contribute to the design and implementation of cross-functional work processes and methods, driving process improvements
- Help implement new processes and governance structures to ensure the successful technical execution of the program
- Support data analysis and visualization by creating dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders and participate in various working groups to achieve program goals
- Gain hands-on experience in program management areas such as Performance Management, Change & Communication and Agile Transformation
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
- Support the team in maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with project standards
What Makes You A Fit
- Enrolled in a relevant field of study, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline with availability of approximately 12 months
- Strong interest in IT transformation projects and a passion for process optimization
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
