In this role, you will support the Revenue Management team in developing and implementing Value-Added Services. Your contributions will directly impact the commercial success of these products and enhance our customer engagement strategies. As a Working Student, you will gain valuable insights into the shipping industry and digital tools, while working closely with a passionate and collaborative team.
- Assist product owners in product development and timeline management
- Conduct market research and competition benchmarking
- Ensure effective internal communication and documentation
- Plan and execute workshops, coordinating product-related activities and create training materials, SOPs, and ad-hoc reports
- Develop project management processes using agile methodologies
- Create professional presentations with clear KPIs
- Manage MS Teams and SharePoint for internal coordination
- Translate data into actionable insights for campaigns and maintain a structured workflow, managing multiple tasks efficiently
What Makes You A Fit
- Currently enrolled in a full-time program inData / Analytics, Business, Marketing or related fields with availability of approximately 12 months
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with an executive approach
- Experience with BI tools is an advantage
- Fluent in English, German skills preferred
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and independent work ethic, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Interest in shipping, logistics, and digital tools, as well as a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
