As a Working Student in the Regional Product Excellence team, you will work at the intersection of business processes and technology, supporting SAP, in‑house solutions and other core applications. Together with Product Specialists, business stakeholders and product teams you will help ensure that digital tools meet operational needs, contribute to process optimization and drive the adoption of scalable, value‑driven solutions across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Support development and implementation of the regional product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities
  • Translate business requirements into clear product concepts, user‑focused features and actionable tasks
  • Assist onboarding and support of Super Users in coordination with process owners
  • Plan, prepare and deliver regional training sessions together with business stakeholders
  • Provide operational support for local systems such as customs platforms and payment solutions
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and product/development teams to ensure cross‑functional collaboration
  • Support preparation and execution of product rollouts (e.g., FIS3, ODM, S/4HANA) and other digital initiatives
  • Participate in product testing, document results and follow‑up on issues

What Makes You A Fit

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics or related field with availability of approximately 12 months
  • Strong interest in product management, project management, process optimization and digital transformation
  • Initial practical experience through internships, student roles or university projects (advantageous)
  • Basic understanding of agile methods, automation and data flows or strong motivation to learn
  • Ability to communicate business and technical perspectives to diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence is a plus
  • Strong communication and organisational skills; capable of preparing structured, clear documentation
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
