Deine Aufgaben
Du willst verstehen, wie ein IT-Unternehmen intern funktioniert – und aktiv dabei helfen, Prozesse effizienter, sicherer und zertifizierungsfähig zu machen? Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du uns beim Aufbau unseres Informationssicherheits-Managementsystems (ISMS) auf dem Weg zur ISO-27001-Zertifizierung sowie bei der Analyse und Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse rund um unser ERP-System.
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres ISMS zur Erreichung der ISO-27001-Zertifizierung
- Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung bestehender Betriebsabläufe und Geschäftsprozesse (z. B. Angebotserstellung, Projektplanung, Abrechnung)
- Unterstützung im Qualitätsmanagement (QM): Pflege von Richtlinien, Prozessbeschreibungen und Nachweisen für ISO-Zertifizierungen
- Mitarbeit bei Compliance- und Risikomanagement-Themen (z. B. Risikoanalysen, Maßnahmenverfolgung)
- Pflege, Test und Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems im Tagesgeschäft
- Identifikation von Schwachstellen sowie Erarbeitung von Verbesserungs- und Maßnahmenvorschlägen
- Erstellung von Prozessdokumentation, Handbüchern, Richtlinien und Schulungsmaterialien
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Digitalisierung interner Abläufe
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Informatik, IT-Sicherheit, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang – wichtig ist uns vor allem deine Motivation
- Du hast erste Berührungspunkte mit IT-Sicherheit, Compliance oder Risikomanagement? Super – falls nicht, bringen wir es dir gemeinsam bei
- Du interessierst dich für Normen und Standards und hast vielleicht schon mal etwas von ISO 27001 gehört
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst analytisch mit und packst Dinge gern eigenverantwortlich an.
- Du kommunizierst offen, gerne und bist ein echter Teamplayer
- Du fühlst dich in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) zu Hause; erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen oder ISMS-Tools ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Du verständigst dich sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – in Wort und Schrift
- Aktuelles Apple Equipment
- Jährliche Teamreise nach Mallorca
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten (15–20 Std./Woche), teilweise mobiles Arbeiten möglich
- Unbegrenzte Erfrischungsgetränke, Kaffee und Obst
- Dein Stundenlohn liegt – abhängig von deiner Erfahrung und deinem Hintergrund – zwischen 15 und 20 €
