Your tasks:

  • Ensure the reliable operation and continuous improvement of all departmental Power BI reports, including monitoring, troubleshooting, updating dashboards, implementing stakeholder‑requested enhancements, and maintaining the underlying datasets and data pipelines
  • Maintain, structure, and normalize all data feeding into Power BI while collaborating closely with teams to define KPIs, data models, reporting concepts, and documentation standards that ensure high data quality, consistency, and operational transparency
  • Support business use cases requiring structured data handling, document and file maintenance, and operational process preparation
  • Maintaining and updating the internal tools ensuring up-to-date documentation, content and structure
  • Show openness to supporting a wide variety of projects across different roles and topics, adapting quickly to diverse requirements and responsibilities
  • Drive assigned topics proactively with a strong getting‑things‑done mentality, ensuring independent progress, consistent follow‑up, and timely completion
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization, standardization, and digitalization of existing departmental processes
  • Work with internal tools and platforms such as Atlassian (Confluence, Jira) as part of daily tasks and documentation workflows

Your qualifications:

  • Actively enrolled student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Successful completion of at least the first semester
  • Practical experience with data handling, normalization, and dataset preparation
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools, preferably Power BI
  • Familiarity on Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)
  • Efficient and confident use of AI tools in daily work to enhance productivity, problem solving, and overall effectiveness
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and a high degree of ownership
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and drive topics forward
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • High level of motivation, reliability, and team orientation
