You'll work closely with our founders, contributing to projects that drive meaningful impact and growth. Tasks
- Assist the founders with day-to-day operations and strategic planning to help scale the business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the staffing and recruiting industry, specifically focusing on Gen Z talent.
- Support the development of marketing and outreach strategies to attract both potential candidates and client companies.
- Help organize and coordinate events or workshops aimed at connecting Gen Z talent with go-to-market teams.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our services and company mission.
Requirements
- You're a current student or recent grad with a passion for startups and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a bonus!
- You have a knack for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
