As an intern, you'll dive into the heart of our mission: connecting Gen Z talent with go-to-market teams, while gaining hands-on experience and insight into the world of recruitment. You'll work closely with our founders, contributing to projects that drive meaningful impact and growth. Tasks

  • Assist the founders with day-to-day operations and strategic planning to help scale the business.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the staffing and recruiting industry, specifically focusing on Gen Z talent.

  • Support the development of marketing and outreach strategies to attract both potential candidates and client companies.

  • Help organize and coordinate events or workshops aimed at connecting Gen Z talent with go-to-market teams.

  • Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our services and company mission.


Requirements

  • You're a current student or recent grad with a passion for startups and innovation.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a bonus!

  • You have a knack for social media and digital marketing.

  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
