Are you looking for a practical opportunity to learn the fundamentals of fleet management, damage evaluation, and supplier coordination?
As a Working Student in Repair & Total Loss, your main function will be to assist our Repair and Total Loss Specialists with daily workflows, ensuring vehicle availability and compliance with our core team KPIs. You will play a vital role in supporting the team on day-to-day operational management of our carsharing fleet.
Your next missions :
Support the team on day-to-day Repair and Total Loss topics to ensure the smooth operational management of the carsharing fleet.
- Handle specific tasks within the Total Loss perimeter during the Total loss Specialist's absence, including ticket creation for invoicing, dashboard updates, and following up on selling guidance.
- Create technical and repair orders for vehicles currently held in workshops.
- Check, challenge, and approve vehicle repair estimates submitted by workshops to ensure strict cost control.
- Contribute to the daily management of the fleet by closely monitoring and sticking to the teamâs core KPIs.
- Identify potential ways of improving current workflows and effectively communicate these ideas to the team.
- Perform related administrative and support duties as assigned by your supervisor to maintain departmental efficiency.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree program, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Studies with a focus on Operations Management or Mobility Services are a plus.
- Prior experience from an internship, working student role, or academic project demonstrating strong organizational skills is an asset.
- Previous experience or knowledge in the Automotive, Car Sharing, or Car Rental business is considered a strong plus.
- Proficiency or knowledge of Italian is considered a strong plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Drive environments (Docs, Sheets) for data entry and tracking.
- A basic understanding of automotive components or fleet operations is appreciated to facilitate workshop estimate reviews.
- Strong team spirit and a positive attitude, with a genuine willingness to learn from senior specialists and support the team during peak workloads.
- Dynamic and autonomous mindset, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks once fully trained.
- Well-organized and structured, which is essential for multitasking between workshop orders, invoice tickets, and your ongoing student commitments.
- Good communication skills, feeling comfortable sharing feedback and proposing potential process improvements to the team.

Versicherung prĂŒfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von auĂerhalb der EU dĂŒrfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit MĂ€rz 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen â prĂŒfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
