Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt bei der Administration unserer Service-Management-Plattform (Serviceware Processes/Helpline)
- Du pflegst Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Anpassung von Formularen, Services und Workflows
- Auch Supportanfragen analysierst und löst du
- Zudem erstellst du Schulungsunterlagen und führst Schulungen selbstständig durch
- Immatrikulierte/r Student*in der Fachrichtung Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an IT-Service Management, Helpdesk- oder Ticketsystemen
- Erste Praktische Erfahrung in Form von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten sind von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse in SQL und/oder Skriptsprachen (z.B. PowerShell, Python) sind wünschenswert
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Freude an Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
