G2 Esports is looking for a Working Student/Intern Brand & Data (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will support reporting and analytics initiatives across the business, contribute to our ongoing Looker migration, and help translate data into actionable insights that support strategic marketing and brand projects. This is a six-month part-time opportunity based in Berlin or remote (EU/UK).


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the brand team and support with execution of our brand, communications & data strategy
  • Assist with internal data requests by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources
  • Help maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with tracking and reporting our KPIs, ensuring we’re on track to reach our brand goals
  • Generate insights and analyses to support brand and marketing projects
  • Support the optimization of our reporting landscape, including dashboard validation, backend data tracking, and documentation
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research when needed


Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to turn data into compelling stories
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and passion for working with numbers
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
  • Your English skills are fluent. Any other language is a plus
  • Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
  • Interest in esports, gaming, sports, or entertainment is a plus
