Deine Aufgaben
- Personalmarketing (Social Media, Messeauftritte etc.)
- Unterstützung und Begleitung von HR-Projekten
- Unterstützung bei Mitarbeiterumfragen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung im Bereich Personalentwicklung und Recruiting
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und internen Informationen
- Recherchen zu aktuellen HR-Trends
- Laufendes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Rechts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder Psychologie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Personal wünschenswert
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine kreative und offene Persönlichkeit aus
- Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Affinität im Bereich Social Media und digitalen Themen
