Description provided by EcoBeam GmbH

Are you ready to work directly with founders and experience the real dynamics of a fast-growing startup?

We’re looking for a Founders Associate Intern to support projects across EcoBeam GmbH, working with both:

🌱 EcoBeam Studio – a creative and strategic social media & branding agency helping brands grow through strong storytelling, high-quality content, and digital strategy.

🚗 Buddyp2p – a sharing platform that allows private individuals to rent out parking spaces and workspaces easily and flexibly.

If you want to learn how startups operate behind the scenes while actively contributing to marketing, operations, and partnerships, this is for you.

🔥 What You'll Do

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with our Social Media Manager
  • Assist with partnership outreach and client communication
  • Support operational and project management tasks
  • Help coordinate internal projects across both brands
  • Gain direct insight into founders-level decision making

You won’t just “intern”, you’ll actually build.

🎯What we are looking for

  • Bachelor or Master student (Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or similar)
  • Mandatory internship required by your university
  • Strong interest in startups, marketing & brand building
  • Structured, proactive and hands-on mindset
  • Willingness to learn different aspects of building a company
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools
  • Meta Ads / Google Ads knowledge is a big plus
  • Professional German is a plus
  • Prior startup experience? Even better.

🌟What is in it for you?

  • Work in the city centre of Berlin
  • Direct exposure to founders
  • Fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Real responsibility from day one
  • Paid internship
  • Company events
  • Access to exclusive partner events & parties

If you want to grow fast, take ownership, and experience startup life up close, we’d love to hear from you.

Working student essentials

What this Operations internship in Berlin means for you: the pay rules, the social contributions, and what international students should check before applying.

Weekly hours

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Working student rules

Social contributions

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.

International students

Non-EU students can work 140 full or 280 half days per year (raised from 120/240 in March 2024). A working student contract usually fits within this — confirm the exact limits printed on your residence permit.
