About EcoBeam

EcoBeam GmbH is a Hamburg/Berlin-based company working at the intersection of digital innovation and community-focused services. We operate two core ventures:

• Buddyp2p, a peer-to-peer platform that helps people and businesses share parking spaces and workspaces flexibly and efficiently
• EcoBeam Studio, a digital agency providing branding, marketing, and content services for family-owned businesses in Germany

In addition, we collaborate with partners such as Sozialo, a Berlin event organiser currently developing its own ticketing platform aimed at improving party experiences.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to support a range of marketing-focused projects across our internal ventures and partner initiatives. You’ll work closely with our core team and external collaborators to help move projects forward, from content planning and campaign coordination to hands-on execution.

Your Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing activities for Buddyp2p, EcoBeam Studio, and Sozialo
• Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables across multiple teams
• Assist in content creation, campaign planning, and communication workflows
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Help with presentation prep, reporting, and internal documentation

What We're Looking For

• You’re currently enrolled in a university program where a full-time internship is mandatory
• You’re interested in marketing, communications, and digital platforms
• You’re reliable, organised, and proactive in how you work
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams
• You’re fluent in English; German is a plus
• You’re available to work onsite in Berlin for the full duration
