About Us
Our mission: Putting AI to work. We're not making another "AI app"; we're fundamentally changing how work gets done. We deploy agentic AI systems into real businesses (logistics, ops, healthcare) to solve high-stakes challenges with our proprietary platform. We believe this is the biggest technological shift since the internet, and we're building the company to define it. Following significant early traction, we are expanding our team.
Our Culture
We are a team hungry to build, and our culture is the engine that drives us. We care deeply about outcomes and hold ourselves accountable to both speed and quality of craft. We work on-site in the heart of Munich, believing proximity breeds serendipity - the unscripted breakthroughs and high-trust collaboration that forge our supportive culture and world-class results.
Your Role & Responsibilities
This is no ordinary strategy role. As the bridge between our customers' critical challenges and our agentic platform, you will own the entire journey from complex problem to measurable business impact.
- Deconstruct the Challenge: Immerse yourself in our customers' operations, collaborating with everyone from operators to executives to map messy workflows and high-impact opportunities.
- Design the Solution: Translate unstructured business problems into concrete agentic solutions. You'll define requirements, map target workflows and success metrics, and partner closely with our engineers to turn the blueprint into working agents.
- Drive Adoption & Impact: Own the rollout - lead change management, drive user adoption, and make sure the solution delivers measurable value in live environments. You care about ROI and business outcomes as much as usability.
- Shape Our Playbook & Company: Identify recurring patterns across deployments to build repeatable delivery playbooks - shaping the DNA of the company.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You are a brilliant problem-solver, operator, and entrepreneur, combining sharp business intuition with enough technical fluency to build alongside AI and a relentless drive to deliver.
- Structured Problem-Solving: You have strong analytical foundations (e.g. consulting, strategy, product, or a technical/quantitative background). You break messy, ambiguous problems into clear, quantified opportunities and communicate them crisply to operators and executives alike.
- AI Native: You're on top of what today's foundation models and agents can and can't do (LLMs, retrieval, voice AI, multi-agent architectures, external tools, evals etc.) and you spot where they create real business value. You get hands-on - configuring agents, prototyping, prompt engineering - and you write code yourself when it moves a deployment forward.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You take radical ownership, think in systems, and optimize for outcomes. You can move from whiteboard sketch to live deployment in days - and you know when to ship and when to polish.
- Customer Obsession: You treat customer problems as your own and design an exceptional experience end to end. You're comfortable to travel occasionally to customers. You are an excellent communicator (German & English) with both technical counterparts and C-level executives.
- Pragmatic Operator: You thrive in ambiguity and messy customer data and can break down complex problems, moving forward without a perfect roadmap. You have a strong sense of craft, ensuring what you deliver is not just functional, but also thoughtful, polished, and trusted by stakeholders.
You May Not Be a Good Fit if
- You need a detailed roadmap and clearly defined tickets to be productive.
- You see time with customers as a distraction from "real" strategy work.
- You prefer polishing analyses and slide decks over getting into the messy details and driving real change.
- You are looking for an established corporate environment and a 9-to-5 mentality.
Why Join Us
- Foundational Impact: This is a rare opportunity to shape a company from day one. Your decisions matter, and you will see the immediate impact of your work.
- Significant Equity: We want you to think and act like an entrepreneur. That's why you receive an equity stake in the company's success - paired with a strong salary.
- Ambitious Work, Serious Fun: We're a group of solid people you'll actually enjoy seeing on a Monday and believe the journey should be as fun as the destination.
Does this sound like you? Let's put AI to work.
