Description provided by Delvo

About Delvo

Delvo is the agentic intelligence layer for strategic procurement - a system that thinks, acts and learns alongside the teams managing $50 trillion in global spend. We help enterprise customers across energy, automotive and chemicals negotiate better, prepare 10x faster, and turn reactive cost control into proactive value creation.

We're a small founding team, shipping daily, working directly with customers and moving fast.

About the Role

As Founder's Associate Intern (GTM), you work hands-on with Erik, our Founder and CEO, on live deals and right now we're seeing very strong pull from enterprise customers, more than Erik can chase alone. You'll start by supporting him closely on active deals and within a few weeks, as you show good judgement and pace, you'll take real ownership: running deals yourself end-to-end, from first conversation through to close.

This isn't a coordination or admin internship. You're expected to think like a founder would about each deal: what actually moves it forward and then go do that — research, outreach, proposals, event and workshop follow-up, whatever it takes. Expect meaningful ownership within your first few weeks, not just support work.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the founder on active deals: research accounts, prep materials, track next steps
  • Own conference and event logistics: identify the right events, prep talking points and materials, represent Delvo on site, follow up afterwards
  • Help create proposals, one-pagers, and deal collateral for prospective customers
  • Support workshops and customer/partner sessions — prep, logistics, and follow-through
  • Jump on whatever the founder needs solved that week
  • Assist with finance and investor work: fundraising materials, investor updates, and ad hoc analysis

What We're Looking For

  • Studying at or recently graduated from a top tier university
  • 1-2 internships completed, ideally at a high-growth startup
  • High agency and low ego — happy to do research, admin, and follow-up as well as strategic work
  • Curious about GTM and wanting to learn about Enterprise Sales motions
  • Fluent in German & English

Nice to Have

  • Previous exposure to enterprise sales, consulting or procurement
  • Exposure to hiring, recruiting or finance workflows
  • Interest in eventually joining GTM or ops full-time after the internship

Compensation & Location

  • Delta Campus, Berlin Neukölln (in-office culture 5 days a week)
  • 3-5 months, ideally starting as soon as possible
  • Competitive salary

Social contributions

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
