Working Student – Total Rewards & People Analytics (f/m/d)

Are you interested in how global companies structure jobs, compensation, and HR data? Join our Total Rewards & People Analytics team and gain hands-on experience in an international HR environment. You will support us in the implementation of a new global job grading system and contribute to various Total Rewards activities. Along the way, you will also have the opportunity to gain insights into People Analytics and HR data.

Your Tasks

  • Support the implementation of our new global job grading system, including data preparation, documentation, and coordination
  • Assist with job architecture and job evaluation activities
  • Prepare presentations, reports, templates, and communication materials
  • Help maintain and organize Total Rewards data and documentation
  • Support HR data validation and quality checks
  • Assist the team with ongoing activities and selected projects
  • Depending on your interests and our current priorities, gain exposure to People Analytics and HR reporting

What You Bring

  • You are a BSc or MSc student in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • You enjoy working with data and have a structured and accurate way of working
  • You have strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI is a plus
  • You are fluent in both English and German (written and spoken) to collaborate in our international environment
  • You are interested in compensation, HR data, and how global HR processes work
  • You are enrolled at an university in Switzerland or Germany at the time of the internship
