Roles and Responsibilities
Für Die Folgenden Tätigkeiten Benötigen Wir Unterstützung Und Suchen Eine/n Werkstudent/in Mit Wirtschafts-, Steuer- Oder Rechtswissenschaftlichem Hintergrund
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Verrechnungspreisdokumentation (Transfer Pricing Documentation): Sammlung, Aufbereitung und Analyse von Finanz- und Geschäftsdaten für Master File, Local Files und länderbezogene Dokumentationspflichten.
- Lohnsteuerliche Würdigung verschiedener Sachverhalte: Recherche und Analyse lohnsteuerlicher Fragestellungen, z.B. zu Entsendungen, Mitarbeiterbenefits, Firmenwagen, Reisekosten oder Incentive-Programmen.
- Umsatzsteuerliche Würdigung von Liefer- und Warenströmen: Analyse nationaler und grenzüberschreitender Lieferwege hinsichtlich Umsatzsteuerfolgen
- Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen: Zusammenstellung von Unterlagen, Datenanforderungen und Analysen für Finanzbehörden.
- Recherche zu internationalen Steuerfragestellungen: Unterstützung bei Fragestellungen zu Körperschaftsteuer-, Quellensteuer- und Betriebsstättenrisiken.
- Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen: Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungsprojekten, Implementierung neuer steuerlicher Anforderungen sowie Erstellung von Richtlinien und Arbeitsanweisungen.
Education & Experience
Bildung: Laufendes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Finance, Controlling, Steuer und Rechtswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Skills And Additional Requirements
- Interesse an Finanzprozessen und Steuern
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und PowerPoint
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Mindestens weitere 12 Monate immatrikuliert
