Working Student (m/f/d) Release Management

Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Pfaffenhofen eine zuverlässige und sorgfältig arbeitende Fachkraft für Daten- und Dokumentationsmanagement, die unser Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft unterstützt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Pflege unserer SharePoint-Plattformen sowie der strukturierten Erfassung, Verwaltung und Übertragung von Daten und Dokumenten in unsere Qualitätsmanagementsysteme.

Diese Position ist befristet auf ein Jahr.

Angaben Zur Tätigkeit

  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Verwaltung von Daten in internen Systemen und Datenbanken
  • Strukturierte Erfassung, Übertragung und Dokumentation von Daten und Dokumenten in qualitätsrelevanten Systemen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität durch Prüfung auf Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz und Plausibilität
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Aufbereitung von Compliance- und Qualitätsdokumentationen
  • Durchführung einfacher Datenvalidierungen sowie Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturen
  • Administrative Unterstützung des Qualitäts- und Releasemanagements im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Fachliche Und Persönliche Anforderungen

  • Laufendes Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Sorgfalt sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Datenpflege, Administration oder im Dokumentenmanagement von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Fähigkeit, Aufgaben selbstständig, gewissenhaft und termingerecht zu bearbeiten
  • Grundkenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement sowie im Umgang mit Compliance-Anforderungen wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
