Your seat to fill:

  • You assist in collecting and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • You support the preparation of regular sales reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.You help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, customers, and sales channels.
  • You collaborate with the sales and finance teams to support forecasting and planning activities.
  • You assist in preparing presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders and management.
  • You help maintain and improve reporting tools and data pipelines.
  • You support the development of data visualizations that make complex information easy to understand.
  • You participate in the optimization of reporting processes and tools.
  • You contribute to ad hoc tasks and special projects within the Market Development department, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Your stroll to CYBEX:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in sales analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making
  • You possess solid skills in Excel and ideally have first experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • You are comfortable working with data and have a basic understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and reporting
  • You communicate clearly and can present complex information in a structured and understandable way
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
  • You are fluent in English and/or German, both written and spoken
  • Prior internship or student work experience in sales, controlling, or analytics is a plus, but not required
