Job Description
For our dynamic team in Talent Management, Organizational Development & Learning (TMOD & L), we are looking for a mandatory intern (m/f/d) starting September 1st, 2026, for a duration of up to six months. In this role, you will actively support exciting topics in an international environment at our corporate headquarters in Hanover, e.g.:
- Contribute to projects related to TMOD & L
- Help design training initiatives and learning formats – from initial brainstorming through concept development to delivery
- Support the development and implementation of development programs for employees and leaders
- Prepare presentations and content in a clear and structured way for different target groups
- Assist with organizational and conceptual tasks in daily operations
- Collaborate with internal partners in an international environment
- You are planning your mandatory internship as part of your studies (Bachelor or Master)
- You have a strong interest in people, their talents, learning and collaboration within organizations
- You approach new topics with openness, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
- You are able to structure and present content in a clear and understandable way
- You work independently, are well organized and enjoy contributing your own ideas
- You communicate clearly and adapt your style to different audiences – in both German and English
- You are confident in using Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and Copilot
