Description provided by Clera

About the Role

This is a hands-on working student position at a Berlin-based B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency. You will own the brand presence end-to-end, from founder LinkedIn content to video reels to pitch decks, and have real autonomy to shape how the company shows up across every touchpoint. The role matters because the brand story is still being built, and you will be the one telling it.

What You'll Do

  • Write LinkedIn content for founders and the company account, including hooks, storylines, and carousels tailored to a B2B niche audience.
  • Produce image and video content end-to-end: concept, shoot, edit, and design reels, talking heads, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes formats.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels including the website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates.
  • Build and manage a content calendar to keep publishing cadence consistent and reliable.
  • Track content performance, identify winning formats, and use data to inform what to scale.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled as a student and available 16 to 20 hours per week, ideally for 12 or more months.
  • Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or equivalent for creating visual assets and sales materials.
  • Demonstrated experience producing LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, hooks) with an understanding of what performs on the platform.
  • German proficiency at C2 or native level.
  • Experience writing marketing and brand content for B2B or SaaS audiences.
  • Experience managing content calendars and executing consistent publishing schedules.
  • Experience analyzing content performance metrics to guide strategy decisions.
  • A portfolio or examples of content you have already created.
  • Self-directed: you generate ideas, execute them, and seek feedback rather than waiting for instructions.
  • Bonus: experience with photography, lighting, or on-location production; background in GTM or sales enablement for B2B software.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany (Mitte area). No visa sponsorship available.

What this Marketing working student role in Berlin means for you: the weekly-hours rules, the social-contribution perks, and what international students should check before applying.

Weekly hours

Working students may work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full-time during the breaks. Staying within this keeps your student status and the Werkstudent benefits.

Under the Werkstudentenprivileg you're exempt from health, care and unemployment insurance contributions — only pension insurance applies. That leaves more net pay than a regular job.
