About the Role

This internship sits within the sales team of a small, fast-moving AI SaaS startup focused on helping enterprise brands gain visibility in AI-driven search. You will work directly alongside experienced sales professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to B2B sales processes while contributing meaningfully to customer acquisition and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify both inbound and outbound leads to support pipeline growth.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective customers via email and phone under close guidance.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to keep pipeline data accurate and current.
  • Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and tailored proposals for prospects.
  • Coordinate meetings and product demos between prospects and account teams.
  • Track sales metrics and produce simple reports to support team decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and materials.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • Native-level German speaker; this is essential for the customer base.
  • 0 to 1 year of professional sales or customer-facing experience; no prior experience required.
  • Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, and how brands win visibility in AI-powered search.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, or a strong eagerness to learn them quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to German.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter attitude with a hands-on approach suited to a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 22,200 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
