About the Role

Join a B2B marketing team as a working student and help shape its brand presence across social media, video, and sales materials. You'll create practical, engaging content that supports the team's growth and connects with B2B audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Write LinkedIn posts, hooks, and carousels for company and leadership accounts.
  • Plan, film, edit, and publish video content, including short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Maintain brand consistency across the website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates.
  • Build and manage a content calendar, publishing consistently across channels.
  • Review content performance and use the results to improve formats and strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled as a student and available to work 16 to 20 hours per week, ideally for at least 12 months.
  • Native or C2-level German proficiency.
  • Experience writing marketing or brand content for B2B audiences, ideally in software or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience creating LinkedIn content and understanding what performs on the platform.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent, and experience taking video from filming through post-production.
  • Experience planning content calendars, maintaining a consistent publishing schedule, and using performance metrics to inform decisions.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools for visual assets, decks, and sales materials.
  • A portfolio or examples of published work; photography and on-location production experience are a plus.
