Zweck der Position: Diese Position unterstützt die Einführung neuer Arzneimittel in Deutschland durch die Durchführung von Outbound-Anrufen bei Apotheken. Die Position konzentriert sich auf die Vorstellung neu eingeführter Produkte und die Erfassung strukturierten Feedbacks von Apotheken.
Hauptaufgaben
- Durchführung von Outbound-Anrufen bei Apotheken in Deutschland
- Überprüfung, ob Apotheken verschreibungspflichtige / Spezialarzneimittel abgeben oder bestellen
- Erfassung und Dokumentation von Gesprächsergebnissen in Excel oder CRM-Tools
- Aufrechterhaltung einer professionellen, regelkonformen und strukturierten Kommunikation mit Apotheken
- Funktion als erster Ansprechpartner zwischen dem Unternehmen und den Apotheken
- Identifizierung von Apotheken mit höherem Engagement-Potenzial und entsprechende Kennzeichnung
Anforderungen
- Erfahrung im Callcenter, Kundensupport oder in gesundheitsbezogenen Positionen bevorzugt
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der telefonischen Kommunikation und Dokumentation
- Sicherer Umgang mit strukturierten Outbound-Anrufen und Nachfassaktionen
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und vorgegebene Anrufziele zu erreichen
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten & Kompetenzen
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sicheres, höfliches und professionelles Auftreten am Telefon
- Starke Organisations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten

Role Purpose:
This role supports the launch of new pharmaceutical products in Germany by conducting outbound calls to pharmacies. The position focuses on introducing newly launched products and collecting structured feedback from pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to pharmacies in Germany
- Verify whether pharmacies dispense or order prescription / specialty medicines
- Collect and document call outcomes accurately in Excel or CRM tools
- Maintain professional, compliant, and structured communication with pharmacies
- Act as a first point of contact between the company and pharmacies
- Identify pharmacies with higher engagement potential and flag them accordingly
Requirements
- Experience in call center, customer support, or healthcare-related roles preferred
- Strong telephone communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable with structured outbound calling and follow-ups
- Ability to work independently and meet defined call targets
