As our Working Student Supply Chain (f/m/x), you'll support our SCM team in getting our products to the right place at the right time – whether to Amazon, our warehouse, or directly to our customers. - Add structure to chaos: You'll help improve our processes and bring in your own ideas.
- Learn by doing: You'll work directly with Mateo (SCM Lead) and get deep insights into supply chain operations – from supplier to customer.
- Currently enrolled student for at least the next 12 months – ideally in Business, Logistics, Operations, or any number-driven program.
- Structured, independent way of working and a hands-on attitude – you like to get things done.
- Quick thinker with strong communication skills and a calm mindset, even when things get hectic.
- Fluent in English (C1) and able to write and understand simple emails in German (DeepL support is totally fine).
- Digital native: You're comfortable working with digital tools, especially Excel or Google Sheets – Xentral knowledge is a plus.
- Nice to have: First experience in customer service or support, e.g., via email or chat tools (Zendesk).
- We work in a hybrid mode (homeoffice + office) and have flexible working hours.
- We will subsidize your lunch.
- We guarantee 100% ownership, 100% trust and 0% micro management for you and your work style.
- We regularly organize company lunches, yoga and sports sessions and parties.
- We offer really good employee discounts on our products.
- Application: Send us your CV and take the first step.
- Teamlead Interview: Meet Mateo, your future teamlead – time to talk and get insights into daily work.
- Case Study: You'll receive a short task to complete within a set timeframe.
- Office Interview: We invite you to visit us at our office and meet the team – including our CEO Fabian.
- Offer: We keep things fast and simple – you'll hear from us quickly!
