Founded in Berlin in 2018, we're already working with major OEMs and thousands of dealers across Europe, digitising a traditional industry that has long resisted change. We recently closed a €70M Series C round, and are targeting over one million annual transactions across Europe's €450B+ used car market. CarOnSale.
The Role
We're looking for a driven, analytical intern to join our logistics team. You'll take on real end-to-end project ownership tied to measurable OKRs — not ad-hoc tasks. If you're passionate about process innovation, data, and transport strategy, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Further develop our logistics strategy and ensure its alignment with company goals
- Create management presentations to communicate logistics performance and strategic initiatives
- Optimise internal logistics processes through data-based analyses and derivation of improvement measures
- Develop tools and dashboards for operational control and for the selection of efficient warehousing and transport options
- Work closely with other departments, handle documentation and reporting, and support the selection and onboarding of new transport service providers
- Currently enrolled in Economics, Business, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- C1 level proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- AI-first mindset — we are an AI-first company and expect all team members to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work. Prior hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar) is a must
- Structured, analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable with data management, dashboard building, and working independently
- Proactive ownership mentality — you enjoy driving a project from start to finish

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
