Du unterstützt das HRServices International Team bei den täglichen Aufgaben wie Onboardings, Offboardings und allem, was dazwischen liegt. Dazu übernimmst du auch Aufgaben in Bezug auf die monatliche internationale Payroll, um einen optimalen Gehaltslauf sicherzustellen.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des HRServices International Teams bei den täglichen Aufgaben
• Onboarding, Offboarding und Betreuung verschiedener Mitarbeiterangelegenheiten
• Unterstützung bei monatlicher Vorbereitung für die internationale Payroll
• Recherche zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
  
  

Vorraussetzungen

• Du bist immatrikuliert an einer deutschen Hochschule/Universität
• Du sprichst Deutsch, liebst das internationale und scheust dich nicht davor unsere Mitarbeiter auch auf Englisch zu beraten.
