Description provided by Bella&Bona

Overview

Bella & Bona is a venture-capital-backed food-tech company offering a workplace food program that employees enjoy every day. We are building a category-defining company at the intersection of food, operations, and technology. To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern who wants to operate at the core of the business and take early ownership of high-impact initiatives.

This is not a traditional internship.

You will work directly with the CEO and CFO on strategic and operational topics that shape the future of Bella & Bona. There is no predefined task list. Instead, you are expected to think like an owner: identify bottlenecks, spot opportunities, build solutions, and execute with speed and precision.

We operate in a high-performance environment: fast, demanding, ambitious. The learning curve is steep. Expectations are high. Autonomy is required. This role is designed for individuals who want to operate in the top 1%, take responsibility early, and grow at an accelerated pace.

Internship duration: 6 months.

Your mission

As Entrepreneur in Residence Intern, your mission is to help move the company forward wherever it matters most. You will work on a wide range of topics across strategy, growth, operations, finance, and automation.

Your focus will be on:

  • B2B and B2B2C revenue and expansion topics - helping identify growth opportunities, launch new markets, and improve how we acquire, retain, and monetize customers.
  • Strong offline sales - direct outreach, conversations, and relationship‑building. Then layer in outbound and GTM automation through AI‑powered prospecting, enrichment, and outreach..
  • Building systems and tools that improve how we operate - including no-code dashboards and account-health tracking that give teams real-time visibility into clients and prospects.
  • Data analysis - turning raw data into prioritized accounts and systemic insights that support better strategic decisions.

You will be deeply embedded in day-to-day decision-making and execution, and your work will directly touch how we grow into new cities, how we sell, and how we track the health of our business.

Your profile

  • Top academic performer in your Bachelor's or Master's (Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields)
  • Extremely strong analytical and structured thinker
  • Builder mindset: excited to create no-code solutions and automations using tools like Claude, Lovable, n8n, Notion, and Clay
  • High ownership and execution focus - you don't wait for instructions, you ship
  • Strong interest in AI, modern productivity tools, and operational leverage
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Curious, proactive, and constantly looking for better ways to do things
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.

Why us?

  • Direct exposure to founders and core business decisions
  • Steep learning curve and accelerated personal growth
  • Real ownership and responsibility from day one
  • Opportunity to build systems that impact the entire company
  • Potential to convert into a full-time role within 6 months

Working student essentials

What this Operations internship in Berlin means for you: the pay rules, the social contributions, and what international students should check before applying.

Weekly hours

Social contributions

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
