What You Can Expect

We are looking for an intern starting in mid-November for 6–9 months. The work model is hybrid: Tuesday through Thursday, our team is in the office in Monheim; the remaining two days, we work from home.

  • In your new position, you support the planning, design, and implementation of B2B marketing campaigns, including newsletters and trade fairs.
  • Together with your colleagues, you leverage AI tools to support product launches, market development activities, and marketing initiatives.
  • Furthermore, you conduct market and industry research using digital and AI-based tools to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Your expertise is required to support the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external webinars, seminars, and customer events.
  • Last but not least, you contribute to the successful implementation of customer events, trade shows, webinars, and seminars in an international environment.


What You Offer

  • enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, media, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • initial practical experience through internships or project work in marketing, business development, or related environments
  • strong interest in artificial intelligence, digital tools, market research, and B2B marketing, combined with a structured and independent way of working
  • fluent English skills as well as confident use of common MS Office applications; familiarity with AI-based tools is an advantage
  • proactive team player with strong communication skills, creativity, intercultural awareness, and a passion for working on diverse topics in an international environment


What We Offer

  • We offer an attractive internship stipend:
  • Bachelor’s students: €800 gross monthly stipend for required or voluntary internships
  • Master’s students: €1,000 gross monthly stipend for required or voluntary internships
  • Voluntary internships lasting more than 3 months are compensated at the minimum wage in accordance with legal requirements.

Weekly hours

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
